|Recommended: YesOverall, it is a nice place to live. — Kimberly and her husband are great landlords to have, super friendly and helpful. The apartments are pretty nice, but if you ever have a problem they are good about getting it fixed quickly.

|Recommended: YesManagement is friendly helpful, community is chill. — Apartment itself is pretty nice, I haven't had any issues with it. Landlords are very easy to work with, it definitely feels like you're working with them, not against them. In my opinion, definitely worth the price, I'd recommend it.

|Recommended: YesPeople Are Great, Management is Awesome — The apartments are newly renovated and look nice There are times when you have to call maintenance thought because the property is pretty old, but problems like that happen anywhere you live. Kimberly is SUPER nice and is really good at communicating. The ward is also great and everyone is friendly and kind

Apartments Had accommodations that were worn but adequate. There were some recurring problems with the apartments, but they were taken care of when the came up.
Parking Generally, there was enough space in the parking lot. On the off chance that the lot was full, you could find parking within 1 block of the apartments.

|Recommended: YesIt's decent for the price that we pay. — It's a good apartment. It has it's quirks, but unless you want to pay an arm and a leg what college apartment doesn't have it's quirks.

|Recommended: YesGreat Management — Overall this is a very comfortable place to live. Kimberly is really kind, and does what she can to help out the residents. I've had to be a little persistent with maintenance, but they get your requests taken care of. Would recommend.

|Recommended: YesBrookview — I think that the pricing of Brookview is so awesome, really affordable for college students The apt I live in has some maintenance problems, and there isn't any place for everyone to hang out like a lounge or something but other than that, its pretty great
